toggles/icon status bar

i have a phone running miui (i think this is a feature of it but could be wrong) when i drag down at the top i have a bunch of toggles i can customise.
this used to always be displayed like all on 1 page like a chart but now its changed and only 6 show at the bottom the rest of the page is empty and i have to sroll across to see the rest.
anyone know how i can change it i cant find anything in settings.
i can get to menu that allows me to customise what toggles i want but i cant seem to find a way to change the lay out.

This is a new feature with Android 4.2

Unfortunately you cannot change how this looks. I know with the ROM JB Sourcery you can add certain toggles on the first status bar like it used to be.
