toggling location between Power Saving and High Accuracy modes

I love my S5, but what I really wish I could do was to have an easy way to toggle my Location Services between Power Saving mode and High Accuracy Mode. i.e. I want my phone to provide location info all the time, but normally at the course level only.

Is there anyway to get a toggle on either the home screen or in the notifications pull down? right now it takes way too much user input to make this change.

If you long press the Location Services toggle in the shade, it will jump to the location services settings. That goes for most of the toggles in the shade.

Perhaps tasker ( or even llama) could auto toggle his setting.

Example: if maps launched - high accuracy
Maps close - power saving.

The catch is I have no idea where to start with such a profile. I don't know how tasker could monitor the location settings.

Any ideas?
