Help TomTom and CoPiltot sideloading

Does anyone know if you can sideload either of these?
I have fully paid for both and maps of Europe and the whole of the USA which I would love to transfer from my HTC Touch HD running Windows 6.1
I begrudge having to pay all over again for something I could transfer.
I look forward to all your advice.

Only if you bought them via the market then your google account will recognise you have paid for them.
