Help tone picker crashing

Hi for reason when i select a sms tone on my samsung portal it crashes and says the application tone picker (process com.hlidskialf.android.tonepicker) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again


not sure what to do, it selects ring tone and normal notifications fine just not sms tones

Are you using the default Messaging App?
What Firmware version are you using?

Try a replacement Messaging App such as Handcent from the market.
