Help Too less options in mobile netwrk tab

When i go to mobike network guys to see change my preferred netwrk to 3g it only shows me two options data network Settings which has a check on it .and axcess points option.can anyone please help me in figuring out about this mobile is it okay working or.not .its a korean one .

My phone is currently running on ice cream sandwich .and how can i check which rom is it running even tho i dont know anything about rom.

And when i type a message abd select a contact it says invalid contact but if i type the contact number it does send texts .
