Too many junk Battery apps

a fellow guide created an app called battmonx you can search it in the market, im just not sure it can be used on the droid 2 but you can always ask him, he responds to almost all his PM's and will answer any question you ask guaranteed!

I am hesitant to recommend a battery optimization app only because I've yet to hear of one that works for everybody. Some people swear by Juice Defender, others swear at it. some people use Tasker to automatically turn on and off services to squeeze every extra second of power from their batteries.
Me? I know what I want my phone to do for me and recognize the power requirements and charge accordingly. I find the smartphone experience to be much more satisfying if I am not constantly in a state of anxiety over a battery meter dropping from 52% to 48%, if you get my drift.
