Help Too Many pattern attempts (locked out of phone)

Scenario:
My friend tried to unlock it "too many" times and now it asks for my google a/c id and pass to login...

But my phone isn't connected to internet...
How to sort this out?

(Also, my phone can't go to recovery if I press vol down + power )

If you have a Google account in mobile then... just add the name and password... you don't need internet to login..into Google account from unlock menu.

Earlier the phone wasn't booting into recovery :/
Now I just reflashed
