Too many pattern attempts

Device is LG p-970 , My brother entered pattern too many times and he doesnt even remember the email he made ( it's hes phone ) .
I've tried every single thing from the world wide internet and had no luck.

Reset would be awesome but it doesnt seem to work, as i press and hold volume up + home button ( which isnt pshyical button) + power button but nothing happens. Expect that phone turns on .

Is there some way to make reset by useing some tool/program.
When i connect the phone with pc i see the icon that its connected but i dont get an folder of it at My Computer.

Its really annoying issue and puts Andorid really bad spot :S
Even tho i personaly dont get people who use this pattern crap anyway.

Okay now, every device has a recovery mode, and that is accessed through the use of pressing a combination of buttons on boot up.

Please be patient and try holding Volume Up/Down then holding the power button. Just take it slow, I know sometimes I get frustrated because it takes me 3 tries to get into recovery

Are you rooted and/or have usb debugging enabled on the device? If so, there is a way to circumvent the security check without needing to reset the device.

I have no idea whats rooted/usb debugged enabled :S

I can connect it to pc but i cant see the folder icon, phone just shows its connected.

Edit, There is 3th button what has what i think is letter "G" on it, when i hold down volume and that "G" button down , it did the trick and i got it fixed
