Help Too much data transfer use

I have a Samsung Galaxy S phone since January and in the last month I had two data transfers of about 150 mb each, just by leaving the network data transfer opened. Today my phone used about 500 mbs of data and I only read some news and kept the data transfer opened for two hours. I have a lot of apps installed, is it possible to see which is using the internet so much? I can provide a list if anyone can help me...

Do you have firefox installed (if so delete)
firefox is buggy

I don't. I have some stuff from "Samsung apps" like DeathTube and Comedy Time. Also Yahoo Mail. No other browser than the default. And already have 13 euros on my bill

instal "3g watchdogg pro" (you'll need pro)
it can see the data usage for eatch app
