Help Toodle da doot...

Have a Samsung Galaxy Ring... now and then it gives me this "toodle, toodle" sound which I figure is something loading. It drives me CRAZY. I am uber driver and it sometimes interferes with that toodle sound, whatever it is and drives me crazy. What is it? How can I kill it.
 
I'm asking if there's nothing that appears on the notification bar. We can't know what is causing that notificatiom by you just saying you have it. It could be any app you have installed or a setting you forgot. That's why we have follow up questions.

I found out how to turn off melody, just turn off Screen rotation audio by sliding down top of phone where various buttons are there, sound, etc.
