top section of phone is loose

I'm not sure if this is a common problem or not, but the left section of the top piece of my phone (the plastic around the earpiece) is somewhat loose, and causes a bit of light bleed when I look at the phone from an angle. It also refuses to stay completely flat, but it really isn't noticeable unless I touch it. It's no big deal really, but it is bugging my OCD. So, anybody else have this problem?

Return it for a new unit, obviously you have a defective case.

The same thing happened to the EVO. Check the EVO sub-forum, you'll see a TON of discussions on this. Take the unit back in and say it is under warranty and they need to fix it.
