Help top slide box not working

The top part of my kyocera, the slidy part dosent work and i have looked absolutely everywhere to how to fix it and nothing if anyone knows how to help me but remember this its not the freakin' unlock screen.

Could you possibly post a picture of what exactly you're referring to? What is the "slidy part"?

Dude its the thing where you get notifications and the hour but because of that i cant erase photos or send them

If it's the top notification pull down then yeah.

And it simply will not pull down? Or it's missing? Are you rooted? Did you remove any system apps?

It simply won't pull down and what does rooted mean because i forgot

Wait nvm it started working i just had to spill water on it i'll keep you posted if it stops working
