So i got myself an OBD bluetooth scanner and the Torque app...bloody brilliant.
So much information!

anyway, i cant seem to get it to upload data logs to the web viewer?

i have my account created and setup correctly but nothing in the web viewer when i log in.

Does anyone use the app and have any ideas on how to get this to work?

Secondary i have e-mailed myself some data logs and cant get them to open properly?

I use this app but I have not tried to data log. I'll try this weekend and see if I can get it to work.

I've used this before and the logs were in .csv format. Try opening with Excel or some other spreadsheet program.

It seems that there have been no more posts in this thread for last months so that I hope that it is clear now for everyone how to get these CSV logs.

I am writing here as I have a kind request to all the users here:

I'm doing a research on my university regarding driving and fuel economy. I use Torque application to collect some of the data that I need.
The thing is that I would like to gather more data from other drivers which will make my work more thorough.

I hope it will not be a big effort for some of you to send me your CSV files containing:
- speed (GPS or OBD)
- accelerator pedal or throttle position
- (optionally) RPM and brake pedal position

Of course I don't mind if there will be some more data in your log.

Additionally the following information will be useful for me:
1. car model
2. Type of gearbox (manual/automatic)
3. City (location)
4. Aprox. time of recording (actually 5-30 minutes logs will be fine)
5. Picture (screen) from View Map with speed colored route
(KML file will be also good)

I will be really happy to get emails from you. Here's my address: tomforth[at] gmail.com

Thanks in advance.
