I have an avatar but it is not showing at all or atleast I cannot see it.

It shows in usercp but not in my posts.

the pic is less than the 100x100 px and is only 32k well under the 64k limit.

Comments/Thoughts?

Is the radio button that says "Do not use an avatar" un-checked? Do you see any other user avatars?

EDIT: I guess if you have "Use custom avatar" checked, then you can't have "Do not use an avatar" checked. Hmmm.
