Help Touch key light always off.. Please Help.

I have Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.
Touch keys ( Back button on right and recent apps button on left) are always off.
I can't find a setting for this any where in the phone. How to switch on touch key lights ?

I have an S4 they only light when pressed and remain on for a few seconds. I don't think you can override this

when I press it does not light. it never lights :-(

Check if power saving mode is on. Power saving turns off haptic feedback and softkey lights

Isn't there a setting in lights and display settings or something?

Should be under Display-Touch Key Light Duration, at least that's where it is on the S5.
