Help Touch keys problem (menu and back)

I have a really annoying issue with these keys. When I press one of them if looks that they stick pressed down and in consequense the home button or the remaining soft key don't work. I've had the phone since 2 weeks ago. It was working perfect but today out of no where it started doing that. I already formatted and did a factory reset but the problem is still there. Its so annoying that literally I can't use the phone. I can't go back or bring up the settings menu. Turning back the phone is not an option. I bought it in europe and I'm located in the us. Id appreciate any help

I finally have rid myself of the galaxy s. I bought by first one november 26 and it died and wouldn't turn on within a month. Bell sent me a replacement galaxy s and that one lasted 8 days before it completely died as well. I was sent a third phone and it had the soft key issues. Mostly with the back button, I was always forced to take a screenshot and then wait for the soft keys t clear before I could use them again. I called tech support and they offered to send me a new galaxy(my fourth) or a HTC desire. I took the desire. The galaxy has a beautiful screen but beyond that it is just a time bomb.
