My phone's touch screen first started acting up by not accepting input intermittently & then eventually just stopped altogether. To make things worse, the TMo tech who "helped" me fix it was convinced that a hard reset was the way to go. Now, not only is the screen not accepting input, but it's giving me the message:
"The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Any suggestions? If the screen is truly screwed, I found a replacement screen at repairsuniverse.com so I might be able to replace that myself. But what about the operating system? Any ideas?
