Root Touch screen help after unlocking bootloader

I've successfully unlocked my bootloader via youtube video. I then wiped, installed [ROM][WIP]CM10.2.x.p769-BobZhome, the Gapps and the touch screen fix. (using CWMtouch v6.0.3.1)
The touch is still inverted... So when I push some spots on the screen it pushes the opposite side. My recovery is also inverted (screen still inverted) Any advice?

So I restored a backup of stock and reinstalled the touch fix and let it boot up. Messed around with it for a bit, sent a text while the letters were backwards. Then the lock screen came up after I let it it few minutes picked it up unlocked it (By that time the lock screen had full color and everything's back to normal lol

Lol all i did was flash the ts.fix and then let it boot up. Then turn off the screen and turn it back on and everything was back to normal

From what I understand this is normal for the stock rom, it even says this will happen in the unlock guide. Custom roms that I have tried, and I think cwm as well, have a screen off and on script written into the boot sequence so you do not notice this after the LG screen.
