Help Touch screen issues.

Hello everybody. I've been having a problem with my Samsung galaxy ace in which the touch screen does not respond or does after a few attempts. I've tried updating the phone as well as restoring it to factory settings but still the same problem. The buttons work fine, and i've noticed turning it off and on again or charging it abit helps it slightly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my phone's touch screen to work properly? Thank you.

This sluggishness could occur if there many processes/apps running in the background. If its not that then it could be a hardware problem which means a trip to the service center

Hi all, I also have a problem with my touch screen. Whenever I connect my charger, my touch screen stops working. only the menu and back buttons work. Once I disconnect the charger, it works fine. Any ideas??
