Root Touch Screen keeps Freezing Up (A Lot)

I recently upgraded to JellyBean via the OTA update, and ever since then the touch screen will completely freeze up (ie Not respond) 3 or 4 times a day and require a hard reboot to fix. Before the update it was fine, never happening, but now it's getting really annoying, it's happening way too frequently.

In order to get the OTA upgrade, I had to reflash a CWM backup I made before installing PartyTime, and I had to also flash the original recovery. But after this the JB update was completely OTA, no flashing or anything.

Anyone be able to fix this problem? Seems to be somewhat common.

I just installed ADW Launcher, free from the play store. Works great, no ads.
Doesn't freeze up anymore

I ended up disabling chrome, google books, movies, talk, plus, etc. Seemed to have helped a bit
