Been happening for about 2 days, will randomly just stop responding to touch at all. Then start working fine again after a period of time, never the same. Tried taking battery out, etc. Any suggestions? Please help! Thanks!
Sounds like a hardware problem with the touch screen (or the wiring or the electronics connected to the touch screen on the motherboard). It has to be evaluated by a repair shop.
