Hi all,
I have had my hero 4 months now and Love the phone...But a few weeks ago certain programs where it says press to start would not work. I have to use the small roller ball on the bottom. I press and press but nothing happens. This is with a few programs such as the RAC app. I have reset, cleaned the screen etc!. The screen touch works in that area as I can use keyboard. My girl friends hero and friends seem so much better, keyboard is easier ti use aalso. I've callibrated etc and nothing!.
Is it broke?
