Hi,
My touch screen has suddenly stopped working and I have no way of accessing any of the functions. I hears a reflash might help but how can I do this if usb debugging is not switched on. Or, are there any other ideas that I can try to remedy this?

Have you installed a recovery.. if no then on xda forums lgp 500 search for flash recovery through lgdmp and then install a custom Rom it will solve
But first try a hard reset
