Touch Screen Note Taker?

If anyone know of a note taker that allows me to write notes with my finger? Like basically drawing on the screen. Any one who knows anything let me know.

Thanks
Parker

I think the tip of your finger may be too fat (no offense) for note-taking on a doodle-pad type of app. Unless someone knows of an app that converts those scribbles into text (like my old Thera pda could), you might be better off with a stylus and something like Doodler (today's free Amazon app).

Actually I found two in the Amazon App Store:

Handrite Note Pro ($2.99)
Smart Writing Tool ($9.99) it's claimed that this is 'maximized for the Fire'

There's a free version of Handrite in the Android Market, but it's not available in the Amazon App Store. I tried it on my snartphone; wasn't too thrilled, initially. There may be others similar; you have to search.

Since the time I worte the above, I've installed "Note Everything" free from the Amazon App Store, which allows me to write notes using either the keyboard or my finger or a stylus. Pretty nice app.

It seems like this forum board is just about dead, but let me ask - does anyone know of an app that converts handwritten words into typed text? I can't seem to find one that does that.

Smart Writing Tool looks like it does that and it is on sale for 99

It looks like it may have been a price change. I may pick it up too, but I am not sure. If it could replace the keyboard I would have paid $10 for it but it looks like it is an app only thing.
