every once in awhile , usually when i am working and on a call for at least 10 minutes my phone locks up, the touch screen stops responding and it used to come back after 15 minutes but yesterday i had to wait until the battery had drained, its frustrating not being able to pull the battery, i was going to reinstall the rom (apex or bugless i forget) but its been running a year with no issues, any ideas or suggestions?

if you are having this kind of issue with a rom i think it is time you switch roms.
that is an issue that needs to be email to the dev.

if it isnt the rom that is causing this issue you may want to look into getting the device replaced. that is not a type of issue you should experience

I have had this problem occasionally since I got the phone, usually happens to me when I've been using it very heavily and all of a sudden the screen just totally stops responding, I finally figured out the soft reset works and fixes the issue till it happens again (which isn't very often)!
