Sorry to hear about your dilemma. Try pulling the battery out and rebooting the phone. If that doesn't restore the screen's function you could check with the members in LG Eve - Android Forums to see if it a common problem with that model. Unfortunately, if a touchscreen doesn't respond at all to touch it most likely will have to be replaced.
