Help Touch tones turning self back on

My phone has been doing this for about 2 weeks or so...It was every once ina while before so i thought it was doing it in my back pocket or purse but now its a few times a day...Any suggestions on what could be causing this and how to make it stop...Its very frustrating.

Mine turns the sounds back on automatically whenever I exit the Camera.......pretty annoying

Settings -> Sound -> Touch Sound and un-check the box.

I keep mine checked and when I put my phone on Vibrate it turns this feature off . When I switch back to Ring it turns back on.

Same issue here. Very annoying having to keep turning it off.
