ROMs Touch whiz and lollipop

Is it possible to have it all? Lollipop with touch whiz without having Microsoft extras or other bloatware? S5 Verizon phone

Are would it be better to root a older version and freeze bloat? Seems like the touch whiz has so nice features for camera and battery saving that I would like to keep

Are maybe a factory Samsung version to use instead of Verizon's version?
