Touch wizard keeps popping up

How do I get the touch wizard to stop popping up on my galaxy note 3. It says complete action touch wizard.
 
You have no default launcher set. If you want to keep using the TouchWiz launcher, press TouchWiz when that comes up, then press Always. Or press whichever launcher you prefer (if you have others installed) and press Always.
