can someone with developing skills please take this into consideration.
touchflo3d or htc sense from windows mobile is the best mobile interface ive ever used.. unfortunately winmo has died out now. is there any way someone could crate a launcher/shell like this?

^^ theres a good demonstration of what id like to have... it runs beautifully on a 528mhz processor with 256mb ram... imagine how smooth it would be on a dual core with 1gb of ram..
