Hiya im pretty new to Android based devices, so still learning

My question was and i have already looked and not turned anything up.. Is thier a way to make an Android device into gaming companions like a Zboard ?
It would be nice to have my Android screen full of quick actionbars for example many MMORPG spells and abilities mapped to the device using the same icons from ingame?
