touchscreen and touch button problem

I brought a new phone and its been a week but from last night i'm having trouble with my touchscreen and to be specific with my touch buttons, the main problem is that the touch button for extra options is clicked automatically and and screen gets unresponsive. It only works when i relock my phone and unlock it again but the problem repeat itself after 2-3 min.
I've already restarted my phone and also done factory reset, tried many other launchers also, Please help guys.

It's probably within the return period. Return it and get one that's not broken.
