for about a month the touchscreen has been messing up on my san fran.

i was on the last sweedish spring then put the new one on but still doing the same. the touchscreen either doesnt respond or i press message and it clicks web browser, or anywhere on the left of the screen it presses something on the right.

anyone any ideas???

Calibrate it, settings/Touch Screen Calibrate.

It might take a while to get your head round how to get there, trial & error on where to press, but persevere and you should be ok.

Capacitive screen can't be calibrated.

Sounds like a hardware problem to me.

Oh sorry, it's not even offered in the settings is it.

/walks off mumbling to oneself, "must try harder"

ah, noone had this prob before then? it doesnt happen all the time but when it does it can last a few hours and be very annoying. I have to switch the phone off by taking the battery out. and have to do it a few times.
