Help Touchscreen Problem P6200

Hi, I recently bought a samsung galaxy tab 7.0 +. After few days, the touch screen sometimes error like this:

After turn off screen for some minutes, it goes back to normal again. And then after a while, the problem shows up again.

Am I the only one who has this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Recently just went to Samsung, they said, it need replacement for the touchscreen (and display since they are assembled together). Took several days for them to import the sparepart. It is working now, thanks.

How did you "go" to Samsung? That video is really good showing the issue, glad you got it repaired.
