Help Touchscreen problem when Droid is lying flat

I've noticed that the touchscreen is almost unusable when the Droid is lying flat. It goes in all sorts of weird directions that have nothing to do with what my fingers are doing. But all is well if I pick it up and tilt it or just use it normally. I haven't even noticed this when holding it while flat, but I always notice it when it is lying flat on a hard surface.

Hmm...come to think of it, I only notice it when I have it connected to my wall charger. I don't remember seeing it do this when using a USB charger.

I've seen it onmy usb to pc connection. But I can't get it to replicate reliably.

There's an option to turn off the rotation in the settings~!
