Help Touchscreen problems

I have problems with my mobile phone. I bought it yesterday, but it doesnt works alright, when I unlock it it starts pressing by itself. Help please!

if you bought it from a shop, high-street take it back, get a replacement, its not working as it should and YOU should NOT be expected to fix it,

get a replacement. DONT DO ANYTHING THAT COULD VOID YOUR WARRANTY TRYING TO FIX,

the screen should move smoothly cuz especially when your unit was not installed by other applications and games yet... so you need to bring it back immediately for replacement...

Because what I have read in that warranty paper, is that the replacement warranty is only for 1 week!
