Found this over on XDA and I have been using it today:
TW Launcher 4.5 - xda-developers
Basically its a better version of touchwiz with more customisable options.
Remove app labels, change amount of apps per page, row and column, landscape mode and one thing I was impressed with is the fact that you can auto arrange your app drawer alphabetically.
I know there are other launchers that can do this but I liked touchwiz and I thought it was just missing these things.
If you want it you have to be rooted. All you do is flash this zip file in ClockworkMod:

EDIT: After using it for a couple of days I have noticed I get a lot of FCs when using the messaging app so I have flashed the old TWLauncher back
If you have any problems with FCs try clearing data in twlauncher app.
