Help TouchWiz Launcher

So Ive had the phone for a week now. And I have one issue which is driving me batty. Several times per day the phone when exiting out of an app and back to the home screen will ask me which launcher I want to use. And despite repeatedly hitting "TouchWiz" and the "Always" option it will keep asking me.
I even tried disabling TouchWiz (you cant delete or uninstall it) and installing the Google Launcher. It still would ask which one I wanted to use repeatedly.

So did you have another launcher installed beforehand? When you downloaded all your apps from google it may have installed another one you had on a previous phone. So find out which other launcher it is if that's the case, and make Touchwiz the default launcher in its settings.

Failing that also go into the Google Launcher's settings and find the same option and tell it to make Touchwiz the default.

No I didnt. I had the Nexus 4 previously.
And I have tried making both TouchWiz and Google Launcher the default in the phone settings. It didnt change anything. Still happening.
According to Googling, people have been reporting this error since 2012. This is my first Samsung phone. You would think they would have fixed it by now.

Well i use Nova launcher and you can set the default home launcher in its settings, done, never had an issue with it. Also if i want to go back to Touchwiz again i set that as the default in the Nova settings, done, it just works.
