TouchWiz update?

I recently went on Samsung's website and they mentioned that there was an update coming to the SGT 10.1. Anybody downloaded it yet? Is it available? Anybody know where I can get more info about the download?
 
Anyone have an idea of what "touchwiz" is? What kind of changes will we be getting?
 
If your tab is rooted you can get it now.
Some very nice additions. Just youtube touchwiz ui and you will see a few videos
