in my micromax mobile letter p and m are not working when am using it normaly but when i rotate my phone it is working fine

Sounds like dead spots on the touch screen. Try an app like Multitouch Test. It'll show you if you're touching a dead spot. (Or, rather, won't show you - it shows when you're touching a live [working] spot,)
