Has anyone here ever tried Towelroot for zte axon 7? I ordered one of these (axon 7) only to find out that zte no longer officially supports unlocking the bootloader and I don't want to downgrade the build, so I'm looking for a way to root it without doing that. I came across kingroot and kingoroot but I read some negative comments about them. I know that Towelroot is a working app because I used it a few years ago to root my galaxy s3.
