Tracfone message

My Samsung Galaxy Centura froze, when I removed the battery and put it back in, I only get the Blue Screen that says "Tracfone" and I can't get it to do anything. i dropped it in water on 12-15-13 but dried it out and it has been working with no problems until now. Any suggestions from anyone?
 
The dirt in the water kept on doing damage, and the phone finally died. It's not worth repairing, because a new one is cheaper. For next time, read Wet Phone

Just drying the phone out is probably the 4th worst thing you can do.
