Tracing the origin of email sender?

Is there any way to find the origin of email sender? Any article?

Look in the email header.

A lot of email is 'spoofed' - i.e. the header information is false.
However there are tools out there you can paste the header into and it'll give you more info:

Well yes.. you look at the header in order to see if it is spoofed.
