track phone need help

my android wont turn on well it will turn on but it just shows the track phone picture thing and then turn off again i need help and i dont want to buy a new phone

Sounds like you have no power. Could be that your battery is dead... or the charging circuits in the phone are shot. I don't know if you have a spare battery or not to isolate the issue; can you power it up with it plugged in?
