Help trackball is blinking..dunno why

I read it does that when you have twitter notifications. Do you have that app? Could be another app using the trackball as a notification indicator.

I know on my G1 the LED would start blinking for a missed call, even if I cleared the notification...the only way I could get it to stop was to go into the call log app. for some reason, just clearing the notification wasn't enough...30 minutes to a couple hours later, it would start blinking again (although nothing would be showing in the notification area).

Anyone know if the trackball is capable of different colors like the G1 is? Also, I wish there was an option to wake the phone by pushing the trackball kinda like how the menu button on the g1 functioned, I hate reaching for the power button.

After a quick google:

Because the power button is SO FAR AWAY to reach!

Because the power button is SO FAR AWAY to reach!

Hey loser troll, did I ever say it was so far away? It is just not ergonomically comfortable the way that I hold my phone when I pick it up to check an alert.

Most people hold the phone in the palm of their hand with their fingers curled around the front, I hold it with my finger tips on the back and my thumb on the front screen, which makes reaching my index to the power button a pain. If the power button was on the right side it would be no problem for me.
