Root Trackball Wake?

Hey all. Sorry for the noob question but I had this before I let my girlfriend use the phone and I can't find it now.

I was running Cyano before but I'm on FRF50 now. Is there any rooted apps that I can use for this or does it have to be a ROM with it built in?

There's nothing builtin to any froyo roms yet, I'd recommend just waiting a few days for cyan to release cm6.0 which will be his froyo build and will include trackball wake. There are a few apps out there that will allow u to use some form of trackball wake but they all suck imo.

I'm on the same one as above, blackbar version. trackball alert works to unlock but still has the slide bar. I've used screen mode widget forever, and still do to avoid the slide lock thing. But lots of ROMS out on xda with some form of trackball wake.

Modaco r21 now has this built in.
I may be switching back to Cyanogen, assuming he gets a stable Froyo Rom working.

Push the trackball twice. You don't have to use the slide lock.
