Help TrackID no longer works

Since Updating to R2BA020, whenever I attempt to run TrackID, I get the following error:
(process com.sonyericsson.trackid3.client.rachael) has stopped unexpectedly)

I have been completely unable to get it to work since the update, suggestions?

I have found TrackID to be more reliable.

And it is free.
