Tracking a stolen DroidX

Hi

I join this forum becasue my Droidx was stolen from my purse tonight while attending a party. I was told there is a way to track the phone. I have already suspended service on my carrier's wbesite. Will I be able to track my phone?

Welcome to Android Forums.

Without service on it and without a tracking gps based app on it I don't think so. I personally use 'Where's my Droid' but like most it needs to be installed before hand....
