I use mobile defense on my droid charge but it is not available for tablets with this version
Is there a good app to locate the TF if it is lost or stolen?

You should check out Prey. I use it on my wife's phone because she sets it down and forgets. The app lets you send a loud noise.
Aside from that it does just as you ask. It is a free tracking app for all your electronics. I have it on multiple phones and computers.
