Help Tracking Stolen HAUWEI-IDEOS Android CDMA Phone

Hi: My cousin was robbed of his car and phone at gunpoint last week. I was wondering if there is a GPS tracking feature in his HAUWEI-IDEOS Android CDMA Phone that can track the phone. I have the phone Serial Number and its Original Sim Card #. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your anticipated help.

Sorry to hear this but basically without the IMEI number there will be a slim chance of recovering the phone:

Perhaps, your carrier might be able to help but the IMEI is the most important number...

Thanks Clevo89. Your help is much appreciated. Is the IMEI number the same as
Meid number? I have the Meid number. If these numbers are the same, how would you suggest to proceed? The carrier is not very helpful. Thanks again for your help.
